of microbiological industry

Brief description of the project. Creation of microbiological culture mediums production, that are necessary for diagnostics of infectious diseases, on base cheap fish and fish products. Annual production volume of 175 tons of  pancreatic hydrolyzate with sales  23.3 mln.roubles a year is planned. Period of realization of the project- 10 months from start of financing.

      In Russia SIA “Culture mediums”( Dagestan ), joint-stock company “Biomed”( Moscow region), SIA “Allergen”( Stavropol ), State SRI of applied microbiology ( Moscow region) produce culture mediums. Production of culture mediums on these enterprises provides only 60 % of the country’s demand. Deficit of pancreatic hydrolyzate in the inner market is 400-500 tons. After realization of the project inner market demands will be satisfied only for 73.5 %.Foreign consumers are also interested in the product. Besides, culture mediums are mainly produced from meat products, that contain impurities (antibiotics, pecticides, herbicides, etc.) , undesirable for culture mediums. Using fish and fish products in culture mediums production will allow to remove impurities and provide additional output of production.

Project description. Breeder cattle block was built in 1981 and now available ventilation systems are unfit for use. Reconstruction of sewage purification structures

Reconstruction of oil transfer complex

Arrangement of recreation touring complex

 on the base of hotel «Hibiny»

Project description. The projects provides creating the comfortable recreation conditions for Russian and foreign tourists and increasing the variety of touring services. 

The recreation complex «Hibiny» consists of  hotel for  185 places, restaurant-building, warmed garage for 5 boxes, ski-lift. Hotel “Hibiny” situated near the mountain Aikuaivencorr was built in 1972. There are restaurant, 2 bars, sauna, sport and training rooms, station of  ski-hire, library in the hotel.      

Reconstruction of hotel provides: replanning of inner area, replacement of water supply, canalization and heating systems, installation of protective signaling and fire-alarm system, modernization of telephone communication, substitution of furniture, etc. The arrangement of video-room, solarium, billiard-room, tennis-room and improvement of surroundings are provided too.

Touring development in Kandalaksha

region using existing potential

Brief description of the offer. The project is aimed at attracting tourists to Kandalaksha district for recreation, sport, fishing, hunting, etc. There are all favourable conditions: mountains suitable for the development of all kinds of mountain-skiing sports, access to the sea gives possibility for the development of aquatic sports and fouring routes. In 90-s projecting of natatorium with sea water started in Luvenga (the project may be restored if financing is available). The first stage of the work will be realized using existing potential. “Cooperative building” in Luvenga will be used as basic object. It is possible to accommodate 30 persons there. The following rooms are planned: ground floor – bar with a discotheque (for 30 persons), first floor – restaurant (for 30 persons), second floor – hotel rooms (for 30 persons), basement floor – sauna, billiard-room, sports room and auxiliary rooms. It is necessary to elaborate 2-3 touring routes. The project may be put into practice in the second half of 2005 if financing is available.

Closed joint-stock company “Severnye reki” works in sphere of touring service, it organizes angling of salmon fish for foreign tourists according to principle “catch-let” (recreation).

Development of ecological and extremal touring on small rivers

of northern-western cost of Kola peninsula

Brief description of the offer. The project’s aim is the development of new kinds of touring, widening of the service’s range, attracting of Russian tourists, improvement of ecological situation, mobilization of foreign investments, including irretrievable investments from public funds on ecological programmes and creation of positive image of the territory for international touring development. New project provides ecological touring development, rafting, winter touring development (such as ice-fishing and touring on snowmobiles).

Rafting. Rafting is to be organized on base of existing touring camps and streams infrastructure. It is planned to explore upper and middle parts of the river Runda, the Harlovka, the Vostochnaya Litsa. Taking river’s length and number of fishing places into account it is possible to organize simultaneously week tour for five groups (of four tourists and one guide each). The best time for rafting is from the end of June to the end of August (nine weeks). It is possible to serve 160-180 tourists in a season.

Winter tours (with ice-fishing) on snowmobiles.

Base camps on the rivers Rynda and Harlovka will be used for accommodation of the tourists. Dayly, tourists with experienced guides will go on snowmobiles to the fishing places. Fishing places are 5-30 km from the base camps. The duration of a tour – 5 days. Favourable time for winter tours: February – April (about 10 weeks). Weekly 5-6 tourists can be accommodated in base camp. The number of served tourists in a season – 100-120.

Ecological programme. The programme provides cleaning of the river Harlovka’s estuary from remains of activity of a troop unit ended its deployment in 2001. This programme can be put into practice only under condition that the main programme on salmon fishing will be realized.
